Reservations

If you are booking for one month or longer, you can access and start placing reservations starting January 15 at 9am.  These reservations are only accepted on the website (online booking).  Full payment is required at the time of placing a reservation.  A VISA or MASTERCARD will be required.

If you are reserving for less than a month, you can access and start placing reservations starting February 1 at 9am.These reservations are only accepted on the website (Online booking).   Full payment is required at the time of placing a reservation. A  VISA or MASTERCARD will be required.

AT THIS TIME YOU CAN ONLY MAKE ONE BOOKING PER TRANSACTION.  We hope to get the system so that you can make up to three (3) reservations per transaction, however that is not the case at this time.

Check in time 2pm.  Check out time is 12 noon

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are NOT given for an eviction, vacating your site early, inclement weather, wildlife, insects, water quality, fire bans, car trouble or getting lost. 

Reservations are held until noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date.  If you do not notify the Park directly of a late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled, all camping fees will be forfeited and the Park will have the right to give the site away to another camper.

The examples given here are using the FULL SERVICE SITES.  The same principals do apply to the POWER AND WATER SITES.

If you reserve a site for the full 4 months and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give at minimum 14 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park at the beginning of the season and you will receive a refund of 50% for the days that are cancelled.

Example #1: You reserve the site for  4 months, May 15 - September 15, in a full service site monthly rate of $750 = $3000.  You decide you will be leaving August 15 so you will be cancelling one full month and you give 14 days notice prior to your arrival on May 15, the refund works like the following:

Cancelled one month = monthly rate = $750 = 50% of $750 = $375.  $375 will be your refund.

Please note that if you do not give the 14 day notice PRIOR to your ARRIVAL DATE of May 15, of a change of dates, there will not be a refund.

If you reserve a site for the full 4 months and decide to cancel the entire stay, you must give at minimum 30 days notice prior to your arrival at the Park at the beginning of the season and you will receive a refund of 50% of the total paid at the time of reservation.

Example #2:  You reserve the site for 4 months, May 15 - September 15, in a full service site.  The full cost of the site that was paid at the time of reservation was 4 months x monthly rate of $750 = $3000.  You decide you want to cancel your entire stay and you give 30 days notice prior to your arrival date of May 15 (so you must cancel no late than April 14), you will receive a refund of 50% ($1500), the other 50% will not be refunded  so please ensure wen reserving for the full four months that you can actually use your reservation.

Please note that if you do not give the 30 day notice PRIOR to your ARRIVAL DATE of May 15, of cancellation, there will be no refund.

Reservations for one month up to four months (not including 4 month reservations)

If you reserve a site for a month or longer and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give at minimum 7 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park, you will be charged a $25 fee to make the change and refunded your camping fees for the cancelled dates.  If you do not give a least 7 days notice you will not receive a refund.

Example #3:  If you reserve a full service site for 1 month and 7 days you will be charged the monthly rate $750, plus 7 days (38 x 7) = $266 for a total of $1016.  If you choose to reduce your stay by 4 days and give the minimum 7 day notice, you will receive 4 days minus $25 fee refunded =  $152 - (1 night) $25 = $127 refunded

If you reserve a site for a month or longer and decide to cancel your entire reservation, you must give a minimum 7 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park, you will be charged $25 cancellation fee and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees.  If you give less than 7 days notice but more than a 2 day notice, you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee, forfeit one night's camping fee and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees.  If you give less than a 2 day notice you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee, forfeit 50% of camping fees and be refunded the remainder of your fees.

Example 4:   If you reserve a full service site for 1 month and 7 days you will be charged the monthly rate $750 plus the daily rate (38 x 7) $266 for a total of $1016.  If you decide to cancel your reservation and give a minimum of 7 days notice you will receive a refund of $1016 - $25 = $991.

If you give less than 7 days notice but more than a 2 day notice you will receive a refund of $1016 - $25 = $991 - one night camping fee ($38) = $953.

If you give less than a 2 day notice you will receive a refund of 50% of camping fees minus the $25 fee - $1016/2 = $508 - 25 = $483 will be your total refund.

Reservations for less than one month

If you want to reserve a site for less than a month, you can access and start placing reservations February 1 at 9am

If you reserve a site for less than a month and decide to reduce your length of stay, you must give a 3 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park and you will be charged a $25 fee to make the change.

Example #5:  If you reserve a full service site for 10 days you will be charged the daily rate ($38 x 10) for a total of $380.  If you change your departure date and only stay for a week and give the Park at minimum a 3 day notice you will receive a refund of the early departure days less the $25 fee.  For example you are leaving 3 days earlier therefore your refund would amount to 3 x $38= $114 minus the $25 fee = $89.   If you do not give a minimum 3 day notice you will not receive a refund.

If you reserve a site for less than a month and decide to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum 3 day notice prior to your arrival at the Park, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and refunded the remainder of your camping fees.  If you give less than a 3 day notice but more than a 2 day notice, you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee, forfeit one night's camping fee and be refunded the remainder of your camping fees.  If you give less than a 2 day notice you will be charged the $25 cancellation fee, forfeit 50% of camping fees and be refunded the remainder of your fees

Example 6:  If you reserve a full service site at the daily rate $38 ($38 x 10) for a total of $380.  If you decide to cancel your entire stay and give at minimum 3 day notice you will receive a refund  $380 - $25 fee = $355

If you give less than 3 day notice but more than 2 day notice you will receive a refund $380 - $25 fee = $355 - one night's camping fee ($38) = $317 will be refunded

If you give less than a 2 day notice you will receive a refund of $380/2 = $190 - $25 = $165 will be refunded.

Camping Fees

Full service sites (water, power and sewer): $38/day, $750 monthly
Serviced sites (water and power): $31/day, $650 monthly
Seasonal sites: Site A: $1840 (each have their own septic tank) Seasonal Site B: $2012.50 (community septic tank)
Group camping: There are 14 group sites with an available camp kitchen, water and power. $31/day.
