Park Amenities

The Nipawin and District Regional Park is a top class outdoor facility. A fully paved road offers a paved surface from Nipawin to the park, through the park, and down to the dual boat launch.

Two concrete boat ramps are available.

The park contains a hygienic fish filleting facility with metal surfaces, spray hoses and a garburator. Use is free.

Within the park: 

Chalet

The Chalet is located in the Nipawin & District Regional Park, behind the playground. This picturesque building looks out over the Saskatchewan River, making it perfect for photographs and special occasions. The Chalet is also suitable for meetings, reunions, family gatherings, weddings and anniversaries. The Chalet has a kitchen on the upper level, equipped with fridge and stove, along with a large dining, or seating area. There are washrooms located in the lower level of the Chalet. The Chalet also includes a fire pit and picnic table outside and is a few steps from the playground. The Chalet is wheelchair accessible.

The Chalet is available to rent year round.

Rental rates for the Chalet:  $125.00 per day rental.

Camp Kitchens

 In the picnic area there are three Camp Kitchens for public use. Please contact the Gatehouse in person or by phone to reserve one, so we can make sure it’s ready for your gathering. There is no fee for booking and using a kitchen in the park, other than the regular gate entrance.

Twin Marine

Twin Marine maintains a store (with drinks, ice cream, and confectionary items), boat rentals, gas & oil sales, freezing facilities, fishing bait, guiding services, and tackle & licenses.

Reel’em Inn Cabins

Located before the park gate, Reel’em Inn cabins are modern, fully equipped, wheelchair accessible and located in a naturally treed area. Cabins range in size from one bedroom to a super deluxe four bedroom lodge. Nipawin Fish & Game Memorial Hall

The Nipawin Fish & Game Memorial Hall is located outside the gates of the Nipawin Regional Park, just east of Reel ‘EM Inn Cabins. The scenically located hall is suitable for meetings, family reunions, weddings, anniversary parties, and group functions.

Both upper and lower levels provide 2250 sq. ft., enough to easily seat 150 people on each floor. There is a large kitchen area downstairs and a smaller kitchen upstairs. The upper level has a bar area and the hall is equipped with a sound system. Onsite parking can accommodate at least 100 vehicles.

Rental rates are $150.00 for the lower level, with $75.00 for kitchen use and $10.00 for the sound system. The upper level is available at $150.00 which includes use of the kitchen and bar. An hourly rate of $25.00/

hr. is charged from April 1 – October 31st, and $50.00/hr. from November 1-March 31st.
